HOW WE DO IT
Our cheeses are “hot” smoked for six hours using only the best western apple and cherry wood, being turned every hour. The combination of old traditions and new technology allows the aromatic flavor of the premium wood to produce a rich smoky flavor that truly penetrates the entirety of each cube of cheese. After the smoking process, our cheeses are hand cut into 1/4 lb cubes, producing easy to cut slices that are packed with smooth creamy flavor that melts in your mouth.
A 1/4 lb cube will provide roughly one plate of appetizers.
STORAGE TIPS
Our smoked cheeses will come vacuum-sealed to ensure peak flavor and freshness. When opened, the cheese can be good for up to 3 months as long as it
stays refrigerated.
Do not freeze the cheese. Freezing the cheese will adversely affect the quality and texture of the cheese.
